Expected results of the project:
- Equipping youth from Shkoder and Ulcinj with the right skills in order for them to become “job ready”. As a result, 100 youth will be trained on soft skills, VET courses, learn how to do market research and align this knowledge with practical experience such as internship opportunities in local businesses;
- Youth will learn how to design a business/project idea according to the market requirements and as a result 10 best project ideas will be supported financially;
- Youth explore cross-border activities in order to share best practices and find possible solutions.
Target groups
- 100 youth from Shkoder and Ulcinj area;
- 10 staff from from professional school in the same areas;
- Final beneficiaries are young people living in border areas of Albania (Shkoder) and Montenegro (Ulcinj) and their communities.

Impact of the project
Through the project activities the youth in Shkoder and Ulcinj with be equipped with the right capacities and resources to become” job ready” in the tourism sector thus having higher chances for employment locally and regionally.
